Crème Glacée Maison
À la demande générale de facebook… ma recette 
3 jaunes d’oeuf
½tasse de crème
1 tasse de lait
2 oz de sucre
saveur et assaisonnement au choix.
Dans une casserole, faire bouillr le lait.
En attendant, dans un autre bol, fouetter les oeufs et le sucre jusqu’a blanchiment des jaunes d’oeuf.
Quand le lait bouille, le verser avec les oeufs en remuant et remettre le tout dans la casserolle.
Faire épaissir à feu doux 15 minutes (en remuant ici et là, pour pas que l’oeuf cuise 
)
Après le 15 minutes, retirer du feu et y mettre nos saveurs et assaisonnement.
Pendant le 15 minutes, dans un autre bol fouetter la crème.
Après le 15 minutes, avec les saveur, ajouter la crème fouettée.. Remuer, et mettre dans un plat pour congeler.
Laisser congeler au moins 12h.

Ça se prend pas aussi bien qu’une creme glacée en épicerie, c’est pas aussi “mouelleux”, mais c’est aussi bon

Les questions bêtes de Cook Mary alors :
par “assaisonnement et saveur”, tu entends quoi ? Question un peu bête parce que bon, là tout de suite, je vois pas du tout ce que ça peut être concrètement. A partir chocolat, melon ou vanille mais je doute qu’en regardant mon mélange et disant tout haut “chocolat” il se passe quelque chose.
Malgré mes efforts hein …. j’ai toujours pas trouvé ma lettre pour Hogwarts-like et toujours aucun phénomène étrange quand je suis en colère, je doute être une Mrs.Weasley à la cuisine également

Ben pour creme glacer choco, tu peut mettre du cacao, pour vanille, de l’essence de vanille, tu peut mettre du sirop d’érable, des fruits…
Tu peut essayer des truc en mettant cassonade et poudre de canelle LOL
tu fais des essaye et tu met ce que tu veut
