AAaaahhhh c’était donc juste ça!!! …
……pfff non mais tsé… s’il c’était aussi simple, tout le monde serait heureux!!..
Mais quand dans ton coeur c’est noir, même si tu te lève en te disant “aujourd’hui je suis heureuse”, ce que tu ressent a l’intérieur, tes émotions, elle sont quand même noire..
Être heureux, c’est intérieur.
C’est un état d’esprit.
On est pas heureux en calculant le nombre de chose positive dans notre vie.
On peut avoir une vie parfaite et être malheureuse.
C’est plus profond que ça, plus compliquer que ca.
C’est en dedans..
Moi le monde qui ont ce genre de conseil à la noix ….
C’est pas si simple!! Si c’était aussi niaiseux que ca le bonheur, tout le monde serait heureux avec des fleurs dans les cheveux!
Le bonheur, c’est intérieur, et c’est une recherche et un long travail… SUR SOI!

Tant mieux si ça fonctionne pour certaines personnes mais moi ça marche pas pentoute. Quand j’essaie d’être plus heureuse, je me retrouve 2x plus malheureuse… Bleh.

Coucou ! Je lis ton blog régulièrement sans jamais commenter, ou très peu mais aujourd’hui je me lance, probablement parce que j’ai une opinion contraire. Cela dit, je respecte entièrement la tienne, je veux que ça soit clair.
Effectivement, la pensée magique, c’est plutôt médiocre. Le livre Le Secret rapporte de l’argent parce que les gens s’emballent et se disent qu’ils vont réussir mais ne mettent pas les efforts nécessaires. Parce que oui, lorsque ta pensée est positive, tes actions deviennent positives. Mais c’est l’effort qui fait que les pensées deviennent des actions et ça, c’est un travail constant. Bien sur, le bonheur c’est quelque chose de profond, il faut être heureux avec soi-même et c’est différent pour chaque personne mais ce n’est pas quelque chose d’insurmontable. Le bonheur, ça existe, et ce n’est pas seulement pour ceux qui ont de l’argent.
Je pense que tu devrais être fière d’élever tes enfants à la maison et de leur faire l’école à la maison. C’est beaucoup de travail, en plus de tes autres tâches. Peut-être pourras-tu les envoyer à l’école pour le secondaire (ça devient pas mal complexe pour une seule personne d’enseigner tout …
mais je pense que ton choix est un bon choix et peut-être même le meilleur pour ta famille, c’est TOI qui le sais, c’est TA famille après tout. Tes enfants ne t’en voudront pas, j’en suis persuadée, ils auront une vision différente des choses et crois-moi, c’est probablement le meilleur cadeau que tu peux leur faire : une vision différente.
Bref, tout ça pour dire qu’effectivement, le bonheur a tout les jours, c’est difficile. Je ne t’aurais probablement pas écrit le même commentaire hier parce que je feelais beaucoup moins bien qu’aujourd’hui mais les bonnes journées, il faut les prendre et essayer de recopier le modèle les jours suivants. Tu as une famille, un conjoint et ça va peut-être te paraître minimaliste mais être mère, être une bonne mère, c’est un talent inestimable qui n’est pas donné à toutes les femmes. Voilà, j’espère que ça te redonnera le sourire pour quelques minutes au moins !

Le bonheur, c’est de focuser sur nos réussites (et me dit pas que t’en a pas, t’as 3 merveilleux enfants) et ce qui fonctionne bien dans notre vie… Il y a des choses qui t’achalent dans ta vie, ou chez toi? Ben il n’en tient qu’à toi de te prendre en main et de changer ce qui ne fait pas ton bonheur… Il n’y a personne qui va faire ton bonheur à ta place…
